role summary:

we are looking for a motivated hr intern to join our team. this internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various hr functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. the ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.

key responsibilities:

recruitment support:

o assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

o conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

o maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.

onboarding:

o support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with employee documentation.

employee engagement:

o assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

o help in conducting surveys and gathering employee feedback.

hr administration:

o maintain and update employee records.

o assist in the preparation of hr reports and documents.

o support day-to-day hr activities as needed.

learning and development:

o assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.

qualifications:

currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).

ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
