This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support:o Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.o Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress. Onboarding:o Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with employee documentation. Employee Engagement:o Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.o Help in conducting surveys and gathering employee feedback. HR Administration:o Maintain and update employee records.o Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.o Support day-to-day HR activities as needed. Learning and Development:o Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
