About the internship
The HR intern is responsible for fostering a performance-driven culture, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance while aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across departments.
2. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
3. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
4. Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding formalities for new hires.
5. Ensure timely induction sessions, documentation, and system access setup.
6. Collect feedback from new joiners and contribute to improving onboarding workflows.
7. Assist the HR with delegated tasks.
8. Take care of IT support with employees.
