role overview:
we are looking for a proactive hr executive who will manage recruitment and support key hr functions for our growing call-centre and support teams.
key responsibilities:
manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level call center roles (csa, qa, tl).
source, screen & shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms & internal pipelines.
coordinate interviews, salary discussions & offer rollouts.
maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.
support onboarding, induction & employee engagement activities.
assist in basic hr operations such as attendance, documentation & hr queries.
skills & qualifications:
min 1 year of experience in recruitment/hr.
strong communication & negotiation skills.
hands-on experience using hiring portals & linkedin sourcing.
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
