Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruiters are responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter

Hands-on experience with various interview formats (. phone, and structured)

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
