key responsibilities:

end-to-end recruitment:

source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks for hiring.

conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for final selections.

client coordination:

understand client hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.

maintain strong communication and build relationships with clients.

target-based role:

meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

work in a fast-paced environment to close multiple positions efficiently.

database & reporting:

maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring status.

keep records of interviews, job postings, and closures.

requirements:

experience: 6 months 2 years in recruitment (experience in agency hiring preferred).

skills: strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

technical knowledge: familiarity with job portals, ats, and ms office.

target-driven: ability to work in a target-based environment and achieve hiring goals.

equipment: must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
