Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle leave records.
Employee Relations: Resolve employee queries, manage grievances, and conduct exit interviews.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws (., PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act) and maintain records.
Performance & Development: Assist with performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
HR Administration: Maintain employee databases, update HR policies, and manage employee documentation.
