Job Responsibilities:

· Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

· Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

· Handle ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity & other statutory compliances

· Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.

· Handle labor law documentation, inspections & audits

· Maintain and update compliance trackers and statutory registers

· Assist in internal audits & coordinate with government authorities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate in HR / Law / Commerce or related field

· Strong knowledge of ESIC, PF, labor laws & HR compliance

· Familiar with legal documentation and statutory filings

· Good communication & coordination skills

· Proficient in MS Office & compliance portals
