job responsibilities:

managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

handle esic, pf, pt, gratuity & other statutory compliances

creating and updating hr policies and procedures.

handle labor law documentation, inspections & audits

maintain and update compliance trackers and statutory registers

assist in internal audits & coordinate with government authorities

required skills & qualifications:

graduate in hr / law / commerce or related field

strong knowledge of esic, pf, labor laws & hr compliance

familiar with legal documentation and statutory filings

good communication & coordination skills

proficient in ms office & compliance portals
