Hotel Manager Fresher

We are looking for a Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Jorhat, Assam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. This position is perfect for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are ready to grow in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Guest Services**: Ensure all guests have a pleasant stay by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise during their visit.

2. **Staff Management**: Supervise and train hotel staff to provide excellent service. Promote teamwork and ensure all employees adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

3. **Budget Management**: Monitor financial performance, assist in preparing budgets, and ensure effective cost control measures are implemented.

4. **Marketing and Promotion**: Develop and execute strategies to attract guests, including managing local partnerships and promotional events.

5. **Facilities Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively interact with both guests and staff. Organizational skills are essential for managing various tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
