Hotel Manager - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment in Dimapur, India. The ideal candidate will ensure our guests have a pleasant experience while managing staff and resources efficiently. This is a full-time position suitable for those with 0 to 2 years of experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Guest Services**: Ensure all guests receive high-quality service. Address any complaints or issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.

2. **Staff Management**: Supervise hotel staff, including front desk personnel and housekeepers. Train new employees and conduct regular performance assessments.
