Job Title: Sales Engineer - Office Automation / Production Printing

N Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Jamshedpur, is an authorized partner of Xerox India, dealing in a wide range of office automation and printing solutions across Bihar & Jharkhand, including Mono & Colour MFDs, Production Printers, and Post-Press Equipment.
Role Overview
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of Xerox office automation and production printing solutions by combining technical understanding with strong customer engagement. The role involves handling government, corporate, and commercial clients, ensuring solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory (Jharkhand / Bihar)
Promote and sell:
Xerox Mono & Colour MFDs
Production Printers (Light & Mid Production)
Post-press equipment (binding, cutting, label cutting, etc.)
Understand customer requirements and recommend cost-effective solutions (Capex / CPC models)
Conduct product demos and technical presentations
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tenders (GeM / Govt.), and quotations
Handle negotiations and close orders profitably
Coordinate with Xerox and internal service/logistics teams for smooth execution
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business (AMCs / FSMA / consumables)
Track competition and pricing trends in the market
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Office Automation / Printing Industry
Ability to handle institutional & government customers
Good understanding of cost-per-copy (CPC) and contract-based selling
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Basic IT/networking knowledge for device integration
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / / BE (Electronics / IT / Mechanical preferred)
2-5 years experience in Office Automation / Copier / Printing industry (preferred)
Experience in handling Xerox / similar OEM products will be an advantage

Monthly & quarterly sales target achievement
New account acquisition (Govt. / Corporate / Commercial)
Conversion of enquiries into orders
Revenue from AMCs / FSMA / consumables
Customer retention & repeat business
