Location- Work From Home || Delhi/NCR
Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Resource planning to achieve revenue objectives
2. Driving & enabling the team to achieve goals.
3. Managing relationships with clients, on-ground teams, and project stakeholders.
4. Monitoring daily operations & making necessary course corrections.
5. Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
6. Scheduling and conducting interviews, selection, and onboarding.
7. Training & support for Team with course corrections.
8. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Whom are we looking for?
1. Has experience in managing Sales Teams/FSEs/TLs/BDEs.
2. Has completed MBA/PGDM.
3. Has good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
4. Has excelled in revenue target based roles.
Leadership and Management Skills/ Experience.
Compensation Structure- As per Industry Standards
Interview Process- 2-3 Personal Rounds of Interview
Fluency in English Communication (Oral and Written) is highly desirable
