answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

inform staff members of guest arrivals promptly.

administrative support:

schedule and manage appointments.

assist with basic office tasks like photocopying, filing, and data entry.

receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.

communication:

respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally.

relay messages accurately to appropriate personnel.

office coordination:

monitor and order office supplies for the reception area.

coordinate with other departments for operational needs.

customer service:

address and resolve visitor or client issues courteously.
