Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets in assigned territories.
Market Visits & Orders: Daily visits to retail outlets, distributors, or dealers to book orders and ensure product availability.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure optimal shelf space, product display, and visibility of company products in stores.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, identify new business opportunities, and report on market trends.
Payment Collection: Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
