Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

€¢ Market Analysis and Planning:

Conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies.

€¢ Sales Execution:

Implementing sales plans, promoting products, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

€¢ Customer Relationship Management:

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

€¢ Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, analysing market trends, and providing regular reports to management.

€¢ Coordination and Collaboration:

Working closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

€¢ Inventory Management:

Ensuring product availability and visibility in the market by managing inventory levels and collaborating with supply chain teams.

€¢ Compliance:

Ensuring all sales transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

€¢ Promotional Activities:

Participating in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

€¢ Continuous Improvement:

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative sales strategies.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

€¢ Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.

€¢ Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals.

€¢ Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company's products and services.

€¢ Market Understanding: Knowledge of the FMCG market, competitors, and customer needs.

€¢ Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to address customer needs, resolve sales challenges, and make strategic decisions.

€¢ Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In essence, an FMCG Sales Officer is a proactive and results-oriented individual who drives sales growth, builds strong customer relationships, and contributes to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

€¢ 7-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.

€¢ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

€¢ Strong understanding of the food industry and market dynamics.

€¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
