Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Analysis and Planning:
Conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies.
Sales Execution:
Implementing sales plans, promoting products, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking sales performance, analysing market trends, and providing regular reports to management.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
Ensuring product availability and visibility in the market by managing inventory levels and collaborating with supply chain teams.
Compliance:
Ensuring all sales transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Promotional Activities:
Participating in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.
Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative sales strategies.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company's products and services.
Market Understanding: Knowledge of the FMCG market, competitors, and customer needs.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to address customer needs, resolve sales challenges, and make strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
