Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary & secondary sales).

Execute sales plans to improve volume and market share.

Ensure timely order collection and product availability in the market.

Distributor & Retailer Management

Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Build strong relationships with channel partners for long-term business growth.

Ensure proper stock management and smooth supply chain coordination.

Market Expansion

Identify new markets, outlets, and growth opportunities.

Increase product penetration in general trade and key retail stores.

Monitor competitor activity and suggest market strategies.

Promotions & Brand Visibility

Implement promotional schemes and marketing campaigns effectively.

Ensure merchandising, display, and visibility of products at retail points.

Support new product launches and sampling activities.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.

Coordinate with sales managers, marketing, and logistics teams.

Maintain records of sales performance and distributor activities.
