job description:

we are looking for energetic and motivated field sales executives to join shinepoints team. in this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our shinepoints - reward points software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. the job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (free for 1st month and /- per annum after free offer ends)

key responsibilities:

�� meet and pitch the shinepoints software to retail store owners in your city (any area)

�� achieve the revenue target as a multiple of monthly salary. over achieve for higher incentives.

�� hire channel partners under you and push the sales via channel partners/agents

�� build and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long-term partnerships.

�� report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

�� work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

work mode & timings:

📍 location: any area- all india

🏢 work mode: field work, no need to come to the office daily

�� timings: 9 am �� 5 pm

📅 working days: monday to saturday (6 days/week)

process: probation followed by full time employment

eligibility criteria:

�� education: minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred)

�� experience: freshers are eligible

�� languages: good communication skills in regional language and basic english

salary:

💰 12th pass: ��3 lpa ctc (approx. ��25,000 per month take-home) + incentives

💰 graduate: �� lpa ctc (approx. ��31,000 per month take-home) + incentives

transport allowance ��100 per day(over and above the salary)

incentives: ��250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number

👔 a day in the life of a field executive

🏃����️ what you ll be doing daily:

�� 📄 show the shinepoints brochure and pitch the software to all types of retail shops (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.).

�� also hire channel partners in your area who can help you achieve your sales target. channel partners earn a commission(only variable) of 300rs per shop sale

�� 🏪 visit 10-15 stores per day in your assigned city or area(alone or along with the channel partner to assist/help them)

�� 🕒 spend 5-10 minutes explaining the benefits to the shopkeeper and 2 minutes onboarding them into the free trial.

�� 🧑��💻 create a login instantly using your mobile/tablet to activate the free 1-month offer.

�� 🔁 revisit the shop after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to a ��999 annual subscription.

�� 🤝 ask for referrals from happy clients to quickly grow your network and close more deals.

�� 🎯 achieve and overachieve your target of 60 store tie-ups per month to unlock variable incentives.
