Job Description:
Executive shall generate leads by promotion & presentations of PYRAX & PYRAX owned imported dental materials, equipment€™s & instruments to dental professionals, government institutions, colleges, laboratories, and hospitals.
Executive shall convert the generated leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales objectives& targets.
€¢ To learn & up skill technically about all the PYRAX & PYRAX owned imported dental materials, equipment€™s & instruments.
€¢ Attend company organized training programmes & appear in tests post training sessions.
€¢ Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and presentations to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with dental dealers, professionals, laboratories, and hospitals.
€¢ Daily report to sales coordinator about sales and marketing efforts through company€™s given format / mobile application.
€¢ Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the dental materials market & sharing all key competitors€™ information to sales coordinator.
€¢ Consistently meet and exceed given sales targets.
€¢ Provide exceptional & prompt customer support and service.
€¢ Gather and report valuable market feedback on company€™s products, packaging, delivery, etc.
€¢ Shall focus more on secondary market sales growth. Besides primary (dealer) sales.
