Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell residential open plots / farm plots. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client follow-ups, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities

Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers

Arrange and coordinate site visits

Follow up with prospective buyers

Close sales and achieve monthly targets

Maintain customer database and update daily sales reports

Build strong customer relationships

Requirements

13 years of experience in real estate sales (Preferred)

Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Good communication and negotiation skills

Must be willing to travel locally
