Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front-End Sales Executive to
drive LPG sales for Hotels, Eateries, Restaurants, Hospitality segment, commercial and
industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new leads, closing
sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
�� Identify and target Customers in need of LPG services.
�� Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and B2C meetings to generate new leads.
Sales Conversion & Account Management
�� Explain LPG benefits, pricing, and service offerings to potential customers.
�� Provide quotes, negotiate deals, and close contracts efficiently.
�� Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Customer Support & Retention
�� Ensure seamless onboarding and first-time delivery for new customers.
�� Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues promptly.
�� Promote referral programs and loyalty rewards to retain clients.
Market Research & Reporting
�� Keep track of competitor pricing and market trends.
�� Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
�� Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
�� Inter pass - Bachelor��s degree fresher or experience in Sales, Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
�� 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in any industry
�� Proven track record of meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to build relationships with commercial clients.
Proficiency in CRM & Microsoft Office.
Valid driver��s license and willingness to travel.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Sales Targets:
New LPG contracts closed per month.
Monthly revenue generated from LPG sales.
Customer Engagement:
Number of cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups.
Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
Market Expansion:
New business accounts acquired per quarter.
Growth in customer referrals & repeat orders.
Efficiency & Reporting:
Timeliness in submitting sales reports & forecasts.
Feedback on market trends & competitor pricing.
