role overview:

we are looking for a motivated and target-driven sales executive to join our team. the selected candidate will be

responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term

customer relationships. meeting assigned targets is mandatory and will form the basis for incentives and career

growth.

key responsibilities:

 achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets (mandatory).

 promote and sell the hostel management application to hostels, pgs, and student housing operators.

 generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

 build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

 conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.

 ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.

 monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.

 maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, prepare performance reports and update crm

regularly.

qualifications & skills:

 bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).

 minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales/business development.

 proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

 excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.

 proficiency in ms office and crm tools.
