Field Sales Executive (Male)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell residential solar panel installations under government-backed solar schemes in Gorakhpur and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting homeowners, explaining solar benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct door-to-door visits and field outreach to identify potential customers

2. Educate homeowners about rooftop solar systems, benefits, cost savings, and government subsidies

3. Generate and manage leads through local networks, referrals, and campaigns

4. Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility assessments

5. Present proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations

6. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain reporting records

7. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and referrals

8. Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and competitor offerings
