Client Acquisition & Onboarding
o Do callings for 2 3 Hours Fix appointments with clients.
o Visit SMEs, manufacturers, traders, and service providers to pitch
IndiaMARTs seller services.
o Educate prospective clients on the benefits of the platform and onboard them.
o Help clients list their products and optimize their presence on IndiaMART.
Sales Target Achievement
o Meet or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
o Sell paid subscriptions (like IndiaMART's Premium Listings or Lead
Management Solutions).
Relationship Management
o Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and
retention.
o Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Market Intelligence
o Gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and product/service
improvements.
o Share ground-level feedback with the product and marketing teams.
Documentation & Reporting
o Maintain accurate sales records, visit logs, and CRM entries.
o Provide daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
