key responsibilities:

develop and implement marketing strategies: create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving patient volume, and promoting the services of g1 pathology lab.

campaign management: plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that meet monthly and quarterly targets.

target market identification: identify key target markets and develop effective strategies to reach and engage them.

brand growth: enhance g1 pathology's visibility and reputation through strategic marketing efforts.

collaborate with team: work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.

required skills and qualifications:

graduate degree (mba preferred).

strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

ability to work independently and as part of a team.

own transportation (bike required for travel).

proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, especially in a healthcare-related field (preferred).
