We are dedicated to advancing healthcare through reliable diagnostic solutions and are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving patient volume, and promoting the services of G1 Pathology Lab.Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that meet monthly and quarterly targets.Target Market Identification: Identify key target markets and develop effective strategies to reach and engage them.Brand Growth: Enhance G1 Pathology's visibility and reputation through strategic marketing efforts.Collaborate with Team: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate degree (MBA preferred).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Own transportation (bike required for travel).Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, especially in a healthcare-related field (preferred).Additional Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Career growth opportunities within the company.
