key responsibilities

customer acquisition:

identify potential customers in your assigned area.

approach individuals, businesses, or organizations to promote loan products.

lead generation and conversion:

generate leads through market visits, events, and partnerships.

explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to prospective clients.

convert leads into successful loan disbursements.

relationship building:

build and maintain relationships with existing customers for cross-selling and repeat business.

act as a point of contact for customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

reporting and documentation:

maintain daily reports on customer interactions, leads, and conversions.

ensure accurate documentation of customer details and loan application forms.

achieving targets:

meet monthly sales targets to earn incentives.
