Are you a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of steel fabrication processes? We're looking for a Steel Fabrication Supervisor with proven experience to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Supervise day-to-day operations in the steel fabrication shop

€¢ Lead and coordinate a team of fabricators and welders

€¢ Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

€¢ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

€¢ Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement

€¢ Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet production goals

Requirements:

€¢ Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in steel fabrication, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role

€¢ Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal forming processes

€¢ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans

€¢ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

€¢ Familiar with quality control procedures and safety regulations
