we're hiring: experienced steel fabrication supervisor

are you a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of steel fabrication processes? we're looking for a steel fabrication supervisor with proven experience to join our growing team!

key responsibilities:

supervise day-to-day operations in the steel fabrication shop

lead and coordinate a team of fabricators and welders

ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

enforce safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement

work closely with project managers and engineers to meet production goals

requirements:

minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in steel fabrication, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role

strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal forming processes

ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans

excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

familiar with quality control procedures and safety regulations
