Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Education Counsellor. The Education Counsellor will provide guidance to students, helping them navigate their academic and career paths. Day-to-day tasks include conducting personalized counseling sessions, offering career advice, understanding individual educational needs, and creating tailored plans for each student. The role involves close interaction with students, maintaining detailed records, and staying updated on the latest educational trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to support students' academic and developmental goals

Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational stakeholders

Career Counseling expertise to provide tailored guidance and support for students' professional aspirations

Knowledge of the Education sector, including current trends and best practices

A patient, empathetic, and student-focused approach

Proven ability to build rapport and maintain confidentiality

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields

Experience in a counseling role or related work is an advantage
