The Education Counsellor will provide guidance to students, helping them navigate their academic and career paths. Day-to-day tasks include conducting personalized counseling sessions, offering career advice, understanding individual educational needs, and creating tailored plans for each student. The role involves close interaction with students, maintaining detailed records, and staying updated on the latest educational trends and opportunities.QualificationsProficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to support students' academic and developmental goalsStrong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational stakeholdersCareer Counseling expertise to provide tailored guidance and support for students' professional aspirationsKnowledge of the Education sector, including current trends and best practicesA patient, empathetic, and student-focused approachProven ability to build rapport and maintain confidentialityBachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldsExperience in a counseling role or related work is an advantage
