Radical Minds is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Customer Support in Travel Domain who can effectively manage teams, ensure service excellence, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo).
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the Customer Support team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality standards.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Support the team with GDS-related queries (Amadeus & Galileo) when required.
Develop strategies to improve sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Maintain MIS reports and share performance insights with management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong working knowledge of Amadeus & Galileo (mandatory).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of BPO operations and performance management.
