We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Thane West. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and has a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting Customers: Provide support to customers by answering their questions and resolving issues they may have with products or services.

- Handling Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and ideally have some experience in customer service, although freshers are also welcome to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively assist customers. The ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations is crucial. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have basic computer skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes is a must, as well as a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
