Preferably Only Female Candidate With Good Communication / interpersonal skills and Sales back ground only.

Should be able to speak and read Tamil, English. Multilingual is preferred.

Be the one point of contact: Answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers. Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; your day - to - day involves communicating problems with a wide audience. You should feel confident working with frontline teammates, executives, enterprise merchants, and everyone in between.

Flexible in understand that issues can occur at any point, so availability, particularly during off-hours, is crucial.

Track user feedback and work with the customer support manager.

Complete computer knowledge : Excel / Google sheets.
