* Attend **inbound calls** from customers regarding shipments, tracking, delivery status, and service-related queries.
* Record customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
* Provide accurate information and maintain a professional tone during calls.
* Coordinate with delivery teams, hub managers, and internal departments for quick issue resolution.
* Update call records, customer details, and complaint logs in the system.
* Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within defined timelines.
* Maintain service quality and adhere to company standards and procedures.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.

## ** Requirements of the Company**
* Minimum **12th pass / Graduate preferred**.
* **Freshers are NOT eligible** (experience in customer service preferred).
* Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali**.
* Good listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Basic computer knowledge: Email handling, MS Office, and typing skills..
