dtdc express ltd is looking for customer support executives to manage inbound customer queries, provide shipment-related assistance, and deliver a smooth customer service experience.

## ** role responsibilities**

* attend **inbound calls** from customers regarding shipments, tracking, delivery status, and service-related queries.

* record customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.

* provide accurate information and maintain a professional tone during calls.

* coordinate with delivery teams, hub managers, and internal departments for quick issue resolution.

* update call records, customer details, and complaint logs in the system.

* ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within defined timelines.

* maintain service quality and adhere to company standards and procedures.

* escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.

## ** requirements of the company**

* minimum **12th pass / graduate preferred**.

* **freshers are not eligible** (experience in customer service preferred).

* strong communication skills in **english, hindi, and bengali**.

* good listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

* basic computer knowledge: email handling, ms office, and typing skills..

* professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

* must be punctual and maintain proper attendance.

* ability to handle continuous customer calls with patience and efficiency.
