Opening For Customer Support Executive (Female Candidates Required)

1 Take customer orders accurately and punch them into the system immediately.

2. Answer customer queries promptly and professionally.

3. Generate two or three bills per order to facilitate the next steps in the process.

4. Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and post order support

6. Handle customer complaints or issues and report to the manager when necessary

7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

8. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
