process: kotak securities – stock market (chat/voice process)

🔹 designation: customer support associate (csa)

🔸 role: handle and resolve customer queries and complaints via chat/voice process

🔸 eligibility: any graduate / minimum 6 months of customer service experience (bpo/bfsi mandatory)

age: 18 to 35 years

🔸 shift:day shift between 8 am – 8 pm (any 10 hours)

5 days working - any 2 rotational week offs

🔸 location: chandivali, andheri east

🔸 salary: ₹19,900 – ₹21,500 (in hand)
