🔹 Designation: Customer Support Associate (CSA)

🔸 Role: Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints via Chat/Voice Process

🔸 Eligibility: Any Graduate / Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience (BPO/BFSI mandatory)

Age: 18 to 35 years

🔸 Shift:Day Shift between 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 10 hours)

5 Days Working - Any 2 Rotational Week Offs

🔸 Location: Chandivali, Andheri East

🔸 Salary: ₹19,900 – ₹21,500 (in hand)
