Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide product or service information, pricing, and availability
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records and update customer information
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
