job summary:
as a customer relation executive at melker finance, you will be the face of the company, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering the most suitable financial products. you will ensure customer satisfaction, manage queries, and assist in building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
key responsibilities:
greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers with professionalism and empathy.
understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products or financial solutions.
provide clear information on loan terms, documentation, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility.
follow up with existing clients for document collection, emi reminders, and renewals.
resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in crm and other internal systems.
assist in customer feedback collection and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
coordinate with internal teams (sales, credit, collection, legal) for a smooth customer experience.
uphold confidentiality and comply with financial regulations and company policies.
qualifications:
bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales (freshers may also apply).
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
basic knowledge of financial products and services.
proficiency in ms office and crm tools.
strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
