You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage queries, and assist in building strong, lasting relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers with professionalism and empathy.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products or financial solutions.Provide clear information on loan terms, documentation, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility.Follow up with existing clients for document collection, EMI reminders, and renewals.Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM and other internal systems.Assist in customer feedback collection and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, credit, collection, legal) for a smooth customer experience.Uphold confidentiality and comply with financial regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).13 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales (freshers may also apply).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of financial products and services.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.What We Offer:Competitive salary and incentive structureOn-the-job training and professional developmentFriendly and supportive team cultureOpportunities for growth within the organizationPerformance-based rewards and recognition

Responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records. Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target.Bancassurance JD :Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same- Meet Business Targets
