Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions (calls, emails, and chats), ensuring accurate case logging in the
required tools.
- Provide recruitment support to candidates (fresh applicants and rehires) as per defined processes.
- Guide customers with navigational support on self-service portals.
- Perform security verifications in accordance with company policies and GDPR guidelines.
- Make outbound calls to customers when necessary, following client/company protocols.
- Maintain productivity and uphold exceptional quality standards in line with defined targets.
- Collaborate effectively through open and regular communication with peers and supervisors.
- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, both personnel and operational.
- Keep process documentation (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint, etc.) updated and accurate.
- Adhere to regular and punctual attendance in alignment with company expectations.
- Minimize customer complaints and escalations through excellent service and call handling.
