Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive at our org- your main duties typically include:
Handling customer interactions:
Answering customer queries and concerns through phone calls, emails, or in-person communication.
Resolving issues:
Helping customers with complaints, delivery questions, product information, refunds, or other service-related problems.
Maintaining service quality:
Ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses that enhance customer satisfaction.
Updating records:
Logging customer calls and responses in company systems to track issues and solutions.
Coordinating internally:
Working with other teams (like sales, delivery, logistics) to resolve complex queries and improve customer experience
Communication:
Good verbal and written communication skills, often in English. Knowledge of local languages is a plus
Customer support mindset :
Strong focus on helping customers and solving problems professionally
Experience:
Many listings are open to freshers or candidates with little to no prior experience in customer service.
