Specific Responsibilities:-

€¢ Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for Member service

€¢ Identify and assess Members€™ needs to achieve satisfaction.

€¢ Build sustainable relationships and trust with member accounts through open and interactive communication.

€¢ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

€¢ Handle member complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

€¢ Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.

€¢ Keep records of Member interactions and process Customer
