key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure concerns are addressed.
coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and service departments) to ensure smooth customer support.
provide feedback and suggestions to improve service quality and customer experience.
ensure communication standards and service protocols are consistently maintained.
required skills & qualifications:
fluency in english and hindi is mandatory
excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
strong problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills.
patience, empathy, and a positive attitude while dealing with customers.
ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
basic computer knowledge and experience with crm tools or customer support software preferred.
minimum 5 years of experience in customer service (freshers with strong communication skills mayalsoapply).
