Job Description

- **Customer Relationship**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and to provide updates on products or services.

- **Customer Care**: Provide excellent customer care by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to customers through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.

- **Customer Support**: Offer support to customers by guiding them on product usage, troubleshooting issues, and providing relevant information.

- **Customer Handling**: Handle customer interactions professionally, patiently, and efficiently to create positive experiences for them.

- **Customer Management**: Manage customer accounts, profiles, and preferences to personalize their experience and enhance customer loyalty.

- **Customer Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers by listening attentively, responding promptly, and providing clear information to meet their needs.

- Required Skills: The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy towards customers, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care roles is preferred. Educational qualifications of at least 12th pass or a Bachelor's degree in any field are required. The candidate should be comfortable working in an office environment and be able to work full-time. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
