- Key responsibilities:1. Building and repairing wooden structures: As a Carpenter, your main responsibility will be to construct and repair wooden structures such as furniture, cabinets, and doors using various carpentry techniques.2. Reading and interpreting blueprints: You will be required to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements and specifications are followed during the construction process.3. Selecting and cutting materials: You will need to select appropriate wood materials based on project requirements and use tools to cut and shape them according to the design specifications.4. Installing fixtures: Carpenters are responsible for installing fixtures such as hinges, handles, and locks onto the finished wooden structures to complete the project.- Required skills and expectations:1. Proficiency in carpentry techniques: You should have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and tools to effectively build and repair wooden structures.2. Attention to detail: Attention to detail is essential as even small errors in measurements or cuts can affect the overall quality of the finished product.3. Physical stamina: Carpentry can be physically demanding, so you should have the stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.4. - **Customer Relationship**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and to provide updates on products or services.- **Customer Care**: Provide excellent customer care by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to customers through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.- **Customer Support**: Offer support to customers by guiding them on product usage, troubleshooting issues, and providing relevant information.- **Customer Handling**: Handle customer interactions professionally, patiently, and efficiently to create positive experiences for them.- **Customer Management**: Manage customer accounts, profiles, and preferences to personalize their experience and enhance customer loyalty.- **Customer Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers by listening attentively, responding promptly, and providing clear information to meet their needs.- Required Skills: The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy towards customers, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care roles is preferred. Educational qualifications of at least 12th pass or a Bachelor's degree in any field are required. The candidate should be comfortable working in an office environment and be able to work full-time. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
