key responsibilities

conduct onboarding sessions for new dealers and partners with company overview & system walkthroughs.

deliver engaging technical/product training sessions (online & in-person).

manage crm activities: inquiries, lead status updates, loyalty enrollments, and monitoring lead-to-demo ratios.

resolve escalations by coordinating with dealers, clients, and internal teams.

maintain training materials, sops, and partner communications.

ensure quick response to complaints/escalations (within 2 hours).

build strong relationships with partners for smooth integration into ecosystem.

skills required

strong technical aptitude with basic understanding of software systems.

excellent communication skills in english, hindi & gujarati.
