Job Description

We are looking for a Continuing Airworthiness Manager to ensure the safety and reliability of our aircraft. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the airworthiness of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Airworthiness Requirements: Ensure that all aircraft comply with regulatory airworthiness standards, maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

- Conduct Regular Inspections: Organize and carry out inspections on aircraft to detect any issues that could affect safety and performance.

- Maintain Maintenance Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all aircraft maintenance and repairs, facilitating easy access to information for future audits or inspections.

- Coordinate with Maintenance Teams: Work closely with maintenance personnel to address any airworthiness issues promptly and effectively.

- Implement Safety Procedures: Develop and enforce safety protocols to mitigate risks associated with aircraft operation and maintenance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve airworthiness issues. Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various teams and report findings effectively. A basic understanding of aviation regulations and maintenance practices is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn will be essential in this role. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
