Looking For Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and order fulfillment.

Improve processes, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.

Lead and support the operations team.

Track performance and report to management.

Handle inventory, warehouse, and supplier coordination.

Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Work with other teams to meet business goals.

Solve operational issues and manage customer complaints.

Requirements:

5+ years in operations (preferably wholesale/distribution).

Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory.

Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Team player with strong organizational skill
