Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs, and recommend products and services that meet customer needs.

• Handle Inbound Queries.

• Negotiate/close deals & handle complaints

• Understanding customers’ needs

• Creating and maintaining customers database

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
