Good communication skills, convincing power

Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs, and recommend products and services that meet customer needs.

Handle Inbound Queries.

Negotiate/close deals & handle complaints

Understanding customers needs

Creating and maintaining customers database

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
