As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products. Building a strong relationship with the Banking Partner

Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy

Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions

Providing pre and post-sales support (e.g. claim settlement)

Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms

Candidates Requirement:

Age: 21 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Experience: Mini. 1 to 2 years experience required in sales and marketing of life insurance.
