ï‚· Conduct individual and group career guidance/preparation sessions for youth in community and

institutional settings to help making appropriate career choices

ï‚· Support youth in accessing youth services (psycho social support, sexual reproductive health)

ï‚· Regular follow up with youth through digital tracking, phone calls, and community visits to

ensure sustainability

ï‚· Update and maintain the youth journey tracker database
