Your role in supplementing the Organisational goals: To mobilize youth from the slum communities and build healthy relationships with these communities. To be a role model and explain the program and its benefits to the youth and their parents from thesecommunities. Ensure maximum enrolment of the youth at the Centre adhering to the enrolment criteria as per the programobjective. Build a one-to-one connection with the youth and ensure their attendance and continued association with theLighthouse till the end of the program and beyond as required. Visit the students at their respective houses as and when required. Mapping of the households/communities using GIS or Google Maps. Coordination with various stakeholders, including Government officials and others within the Lighthouseecosystem to enable timely visits to the Centre. To imbibe, maintain, and contribute to the Lighthouse culture and uphold the safe place image of the Centre. Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background: MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 2+ years of experience preferably in community mobilization &engagement Computer proficiency- MS Office and GIS Mapping (good to have) Deep empathy and a strong commitment to youths development and growth Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages. Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom. Open to travel across communities.

Classroom delivery of content to improve students' job readiness.Conducting classes as per schedule andmethodology. Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable to the program. Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions. Maintaining progress reports of students, handling internal MIS system (encore), and involving day-to-dayreporting. Conduct timely student assessments. Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students. Timely reporting back on training progress at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer. Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies. Helping with students mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure. Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality. Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments. Sharing training reports as and when required. Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. 12 years of experience in training/teaching Spoken English; experience in digital skills training is an addedadvantage. Strong command over spoken and written English. Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools. Experience in working with NGOs, training institutes, or community development organizations is preferred. Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life. Excellent presentation and teaching skills. Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students. Strong and empathetic behavior Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation.

Program & Team Management Independently lead Lighthouse centres for enabling youth population from the nearby communities to takeup formal jobs/self-employment Develop and maintain a conducive environment at the centre that enables learning and a feeling of safespace for youth Implement the foundation program such that the youth builds agency and over time does not need todepend on the Lighthouse Source Manage a team of 5-9 and hand-hold them for timely deliverables and high-quality outcomes for all of thestages of the program - Community Outreach to Alumni engagement Effective program management with the support of the team to ensure appropriate enrollments in theprogram and positive progress of the youth in their journey through the program stagesb. Data management and reporting Ensure timely and accurate data updates as required on Excel or in-house portals. Analyse the data of the youth from the center to identify trends/ patterns and suggest strategies that wouldensure success of the program and therefore youth Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports as required by the internal and external stakeholdersc. Stakeholder management Regular reporting to the senior management about the program progress, challenges and solutions Interfacing with ward level networks and other stakeholders Government (Corporators, Ward Officers, government personnel) for mobilization and other support NGOs for mobilization and other support Corporates and Establishments for volunteering, placements and donor/potential donor visits Citizens for volunteering Manage brand building activities e.g., Events, which are specific to the centre and help with advocacy withthe local economy for youth placements.Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background: MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the social sector. Experience in managing training centers. Familiar with the skilling space. Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong people management, project management, and data analytics skills. Strong orientation towards relationship-building and problem-solving Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and local language proficiency. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Strong hold on data management and data analysis.

The Placement executive will be responsible for sourcing placement opportunities for the youthand managing employer relations.S/he will play a pivotal role in creating pathways to economicempowerment by connecting the youths with relevant and sustainable job opportunities.Your role to supplement the Organisational goals: Job Matching and Development: Evaluate youth skills, strengths, and goals, and matchthem with suitable job opportunities in collaboration with local employers andorganizations. Work with employers to identify and create job openings that align with the skill sets ofour youth. Help the youth in identifying the right opportunities that match their career interests. Facilitate access to support services such as transportation assistance, interview attire,and other resources that can enhance youth employability. Building a rapport with the employers and team up to generate employmentopportunities Lining up candidates to the companies for interviews. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student profiles, job placements, andoutcomes, generating reports for evaluation and improvement.Submit daily, weekly andmonthly reports as required. Assist and support the reporting manager in any other tasks assigned.Who we are looking for: Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in social work, human resources, education,business, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 of experience in job placement, human resources, or related roles,preferably in working with underserved populations. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, outlookExcel) and Google docs. Facilitate the Foundation Course (introductory course of the Lighthouse) for the new students at theLighthouse. Make sure that each student completes the Foundation Course as designed and that theirattendance is complete. Ensure that all the students enrolled in FC (Foundation Course) take the counselling test to evaluatetheir aptitude, ability and personality for further skilling. Conduct one to one counselling of the students as per the results of the test. Explain the gap in theirunderstanding and the test results and help the students in making appropriate choices of course. To make a note of any differences between the test result and the outcome of one to onecounselling and take corrective action as may be required. Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
